Amazing hosts, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Prompt and friendly service. Great location near Seminyak center and the beach. Private swimming pool for a refreshing dip. Excellent AC and clean villa. Delicious and reasonably priced food.

Felt well taken care of, no reason to complain.

The villa's themselves were beautiful and we would only request enough sunbed's for each resident. The cooking facilities were great but there were no utensils or cooking/serving/cleaning equipment supplied for those that like to cook. An information packet re facilities/services/surroundings would be helpful and an external TV?music with sound limited would be an advantage. The staff were incredibly courteous,charming and helpful ... never before experienced such a hospitable environment. Environment primitive but quiet and worth it! Short walk to the hectic life along the beach. We enjoyed it immensely.

Excellent location - quiet, but near the action Superb accommodation with very private walled villa / pool. Problem with external noise on first night - we were moved to a quieter location, but no more noise, so may have been isolated event. Staff were wonderful, attentive and genuinely friendly. Would go back / stay longer :)

Noise issue - not within management control

The pool was lovely and the beds were very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful tips and recommendations for our visit.

We experienced some issues during our stay. The outside showers were great, but we had trouble getting hot water at times.

The villa was beautiful, and it was great to be just outside of the main area of Seminyak because there were heaps of cheap and fun restaurants nearby. The staff were so helpful - booking us taxis and drivers and getting us anything we needed.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Security at the front of the property was impressive. The filtered water was a great addition. The villa was beautiful and well-maintained. The pool was crystal clear and inviting. The welcome juice and fruit basket were refreshing. the presentation and attention to detail was excellent.

Staff made us feel so welcome, always willing to accommodate any request.

The staff is friendly, the villa is nicely decorated

The staff is not very fluent in English, and (opposite to what the website claims) is not near the villas. In fact there is a huge wall which blocks the view and access to the beach. If the villa management arranges a better access the ocean, this place could be pleasant to stay. For now, there's too much construction going on around.

Too many mozzies kitchen sink was very smelly, we all got sick food very average laundry very expensive, pool very cold will not stay again

I've stayed at Bali Aroma twice now. The 2 bedroom villa was perfect for us. It was spacious and had great amenities, including a fridge and microwave. The seating/dining area was ample and the pool was perfect for relaxing. The location was close to the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff that knows all the guests. Very accommodating to our requests such as ice cubes, extra towels, minor repair etc.

The villa appears to be a little bit tired. A little painting and clean up would make everything much more fresh! It would make everything even better if there can be a decent walkway / path to the beach.

The very friendly & courteous staff made our stay even better.The design and layout of the villas were excellent.
